As soon as you are reasonably aware that a loss has occurred, notification is required so a proper investigation can be conducted to determine liability. Don't wait to be notified by a plaintiff attorney because many times quick intervention can eliminate potential lawsuits.

Reporting an Incident Only:
If you wish to report an incident or place Restoration RRG on notice of a situation without filing a claim please fill out the ACORD form
and attach a cover letter stating this is an incident only report and not a claim. It will be entered into the system and given a number. The purpose of this option is to let Restoration RRG know something could happen. The process is the same for General Liability or Pollution incidents.
